We are seeking an Audiologist OR Hearing Instrument Specialist responsible for delivering a quality Patient Journey Experience. Responsibilities include hearing loss testing and diagnosis, fitting and sales of hearing aids and accessories, counseling, follow-up services, and maintaining a successful, profitable office.

You Will
  • Prioritize the Patient Journey Experience.
  • Administer hearing tests following Starkey protocols and legal requirements.
  • Sell hearing aids and accessories according to Starkey sales protocols.
  • Collaborate with Regional Managers to oversee financial management.
  • Lead marketing efforts in coordination with the National Marketing team.
You Will Need
  • Valid State Licensure in good standing.
  • Knowledge of patient management software, NOAH, and Inspire OS.
  • Organizational and planning skills.
  • Strong problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Salary and Compensation

The starting annual salary ranges from $55,440 to $63,140, depending on factors like location, skills, and experience. Performance-based commissions are also available, with no guaranteed payout.
