Job summary

Staffing Proxy, a growing multi-location hearing healthcare practice in Columbia, SC, seeks an Audiologist or Hearing Instrument Specialist to join its clinic. The role focuses on building lasting patient relationships and delivering personalized hearing care in a supportive clinical environment.

The candidate will perform comprehensive hearing evaluations, recommend solutions, and fit/program hearing aids with ongoing patient support, in a patient-centered setting.

Qualifications

• Doctor of Audiology (Au.D.) or Master's degree in Audiology or current Hearing Instrument Specialist license.
• Eligible for or able to obtain South Carolina licensure as an Audiologist or Hearing Instrument Specialist.
• Experience fitting and programming hearing aids.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive hearing evaluations for adult patients.
• Recommend hearing solutions based on each patient's hearing needs and lifestyle.
• Fit, program, verify, and adjust hearing aids using best practices.
• Provide hearing aid follow-up care and ongoing patient support.
