Job summary

HearingLife in Freeport, IL is seeking an Audiologist or Hearing Aid Specialist to join our team. The role offers base salary 55k-90k plus uncapped commission, relocation 10k, and sign-on available.

You will diagnose and treat hearing loss, fit devices, and grow patient care while achieving clinic goals. As part of a national hearing care company, you will provide exceptional patient experiences, maintain licensing standards, and collaborate with the PCC and Manager on financial KPIs.

Qualifications

• Active hearing aid dispensing license or audiology license required.
• Minimum 2+ years of hearing aid sales experience or equivalent training under a licensed HIS or AuD.
• Ability to diagnose and optimize patient experiences while meeting practice financial goals.

Responsibilities

• Provide quality care and aftercare of dispensing services including hearing tests and fittings.
• Perform checks, repairs, and maintenance of hearing aids, earmolds, and accessories.
• Drive practice growth while maintaining ethical standards and customer satisfaction.
• Build community relationships through health fairs and physician referrals.
• Counsel patients on hearing aids and payment methods in compliance with laws.
• Meet monthly/quarterly/annual clinical and financial KPIs with the team.
• Support Telehealth initiatives to expand patient care and product portfolio.
• Operate audiometric equipment and clearly communicate results to patients.
