Job summary

HearingLife in Duluth, MN is hiring a Hearing Aid Specialist or Audiologist to provide clinical expertise in an in-office setting. You will perform hearing tests, fittings, and patient education while meeting clinic growth and financial targets.

The role offers a competitive salary with uncapped commission, relocation/sign-on support, and a comprehensive benefits package. Applicants must hold a Hearing Aid Dispensing or Audiology license and have 2+ years of related experience.

Qualifications

• Active Hearing Aid Dispensing License or Audiology License required by state
• Minimum 2 years of hearing aid sales experience or 2 years of industry training under licensed HIS or AuD

Responsibilities

• Provide quality care and aftercare of dispensing services such as hearing tests, hearing aid fittings, educate and train hearing aid users of best practices.
• Perform checks on hearing aids and other amplification devices, including troubleshooting and repairs.
• Achieve practice growth with a strong mindset on sales and key business metrics while maintaining ethical standards.
• Local community outreach including health fairs and physician relationships.
• Counsel patients on purchases and understand payment methods in accordance with laws.
• Understand and meet monthly, quarterly, and yearly clinical finance targets with PCC and Manager.
• Support Telehealth initiatives to expand patient care.
• Maintain continuing education requirements.
• Operate audiometric equipment and interpret results.
• Communicate test results to patients clearly.
