Chicago ENT - Advanced Center for Specialty Care seeks an Audiologist to diagnose and treat hearing disorders, support physicians, and contribute to marketing initiatives. The role reports to the Lead Audiologist and emphasizes outstanding patient service.
Requirements include Au.D. or M.A. in Audiology, CCC-A if supervising externs, strong organization, and excellent communication. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and EClinicalWorks preferred; Illinois audiologist licensure is required.
The primary purpose of the Audiologist is to diagnose and treat patients with a variety of ear and hearing issues and disorders, function as an independent professional and service provider who supports the internal otolaryngology physicians, as well as external referring doctors and sources. They also determine the type and degree of hearing impairment and implement habilitation and rehabilitation services. Additionally, this role will assist the marketing and administrative team in the development of marketing strategies and initiatives to promote growth of the audiology practice. This role will report to the Lead Audiologist.
This position has no supervisory responsibility.
Audiologist license in good standing and in applicable state required. CPR certification required. A valid driver's license is preferred.
Must have current licensure from the Illinois Department of Professional Regulation, and possess a Certificate of Clinical Competency in Audiology (if Master's prepared) from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association, for the purpose of student supervision.
