Job summary

Matrix Providers is seeking qualified Audiologists (AuD, M.A., M.S., PhD, MCD, Ed.D) to join our provider network as independent contractors to perform disability examinations for Veterans.

As a provider, you assess, document, and deliver medical opinions based on records, interviews, and examinations. Eligible candidates hold an active state license and have relevant exam experience; compensation is $70–$76 per hour.

Qualifications

• AuD or equivalent required or pursued.
• Active and unrestricted state license required.
• Previous disability exam experience preferable.

Responsibilities

• Perform disability examinations for Veterans as an independent contractor.
• Gather, review, and interpret clinical records and interview Veterans.
• Develop medical opinions relating to likelihood of service connection.
• Prepare and submit examiner reports within established timelines.

Doctorate Degree in Audiology (AuD)

Masters of Audiology (M.A.)

Master's of Science Degree in Audiology (M.S.)

Audiology of Speech Language Pathology Degree (PHD)

Master's in Communication Disorders (MCD)

Doctor of Education in Audiology (Ed.D)

Active state Audiology license
