Matrix Providers is seeking qualified Audiologists to join our provider network as independent contractors to perform disability examinations for Veterans. You must have your own office with audiology testing equipment.

Examiners will assess, evaluate, and diagnose health conditions related to Veterans’ claims, reviewing medical and military records and conducting examinations to form medical opinions. Expect timely report submission following exams.

Qualifications

• Active and unrestricted license in the state where exams are performed.
• Previous disability exam experience is preferable.

Responsibilities

• Perform disability examinations for Veterans as part of our provider network.
• Gather and synthesize clinical evidence through records, interviews, and face-to-face examinations to form medical opinions.
• Submit reports in a timely manner to support VBA processing.
