ENT and Allergy Associates LLP, the premier ENT and Allergy medical practice in New York & New Jersey, is seeking a self-motivated Audiologist Floater for their Southern NJ office locations. This full-time position requires a Master's Degree in Audiology and an active hearing aid dispensing license.

The role includes conducting audiometric testing, counseling patients on hearing aids, and supporting team members. The practice offers an attractive compensation package, generous PTO, and additional benefits such as a $5,000 annual car allowance and a $900 cell phone allowance.

ENT and Allergy Associates, New York & New Jersey's premier ENT and Allergy medical practice, is seeking a self-motivated, people-friendly full‑time licensed Audiologist Floater for our Southern NJ office locations.

We are a large and successful, multi‑site ENT practice seeking to expand our staff of audiologists in the New York and New Jersey area due to dynamic growth.

Salary

$80,000 – $110,000 per year.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Establish rapport with, and gather history from, patients; conduct audiometric testing; counsel patients; and make recommendations for hearing aids.
• Diagnostic testing.
• Make ear impressions, ear molds, and order instruments.
• Program hearing aids; fit hearing aids and assist with any adjustments, questions or problems.
• Maintain documentation and patient files.
• Own assigned schedule to maximize the ability to help patients hear through opportunities.
• Support and coach all team members to achieve practice goals and generation of opportunities.

Position Qualifications

• Master's Degree in Audiology, Au.D. preferred.
• Active and current hearing aid dispensing license.
• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
• The ability to work in a team environment.
• The ability to interact professionally at all times with patients, physicians, and team members.
