Job summary

ENT and Allergy Associates, LLP is seeking a self-motivated, full-time licensed Audiologist Floater for our New Jersey office locations. This diagnostic and dispensing audiologist role supports multiple sites in the New York and New Jersey area and offers a competitive salary ranging from $80,000 to $110,000 per year.

Ideal candidates hold a Master’s Degree in Audiology (Au.D. preferred), an active hearing aid dispensing license, and strong interpersonal skills.

ENT and Allergy Associates, New York & New Jersey's premier ENT and Allergy medical practice, is seeking a self-motivated, people-friendly full time licensed Audiologist Floater for our New Jersey office locations. We are a large and successful, multi-site ENT practice seeking to expand our staff of audiologists in the New York and New Jersey area due to dynamic growth. If you are a Diagnostic & Dispensing audiologist, if you are driven, self-motivated, and passionate about helping patients hear well again, then this may be the opportunity you are looking for. The ideal candidate must be strong clinically and have the ability to effectively counsel while building patient rapport. Salary: $80,000-$110,000/year

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Establish rapport with, and gather history from, patients;


• Conduct audiometric testing;


• Counsel patients;


• Make recommendations for hearing aids;


• Diagnostic testing;


• Make ear impressions, ear molds, and order instruments;


• Program hearing aids;


• Fit hearing aids and assist with any adjustments, questions or problems;


• Maintain documentation and patient files;


• Own assigned schedule to maximize the ability to help patients hear through opportunities;


• Support and coach all team members to achieve practice goals and generation of opportunities.

Compensation and Benefits

• This position qualifies for commuter benefits including $5,000 annual car allowance, mileage, parking, tolls reimbursement, and $900 annual cell phone allowance.
