Job summary

Harbor Audiology in Port Angeles, WA is seeking a patient-focused Audiologist to join our growing practice. You’ll conduct hearing evaluations, fit and program hearing aids, educate patients, and coordinate with referring physicians, all while enjoying clinical autonomy and strong team support.

We welcome both seasoned clinicians and new graduates. Our compensation package starts at $100,000+ per year with a sign-on bonus, relocation assistance, and a commitment to ongoing professional

Qualifications

• Au.D. required with active or eligible WA dispensing license (or eligibility).
• Sales experience is a plus but not required; new grads welcome.
• Mentorship and growth support provided for new clinicians.

Responsibilities

• Conduct hearing evaluations for adults 18 and up.
• Perform tympanometry and earmold impressions.
• Educate patients and families on hearing health options.
• Fit and program hearing aids using Real Ear Measurement (REM).
• Provide follow-up care, adjustments and ongoing support.
• Counsel patients on communication strategies and device use.
• Document visits and coordinate care with referring physicians.
• Participate in community outreach events and health fairs.
• Uphold HIPAA and patient confidentiality.

What You’ll Do

As a key member of our Longview team, you’ll have the opportunity to work independently while enjoying full support from our clinical and administrative staff. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Conducting hearing evaluations for patients ages 18and up

• Performing tympanometry and earmold impressions

• Educating patients and families on hearing health and treatment options

• Recommending, fitting, and programming hearing aids using Real Ear Measurement (REM)

• Providing follow-up care, adjustments, and long-term patient support

• Counseling patients on communication strategies and hearing device use

• Documenting visits and coordinating care with referring physicians

• Participating in community outreach events , health fairs, and educational seminars

• Upholding HIPAA and patient confidentiality standards

Qualifications:

• Doctorate in Audiology (Au.D.)

• Active or eligible Washington State Dispensing License

• Sales experience is a plus, but not required
