Full-time AuD position at our vibrant private practice near Historic Downtown Grapevine, TX! Grapevine is a special gem amidst the greater Dallas-Fort Worth metro, resting about 2 miles north of DFW airport, known for it's several wineries, breweries, restaurants, parks, Great Wolf Lodge & the Gaylord Texan, and we're The Christmas Capitol of Texas!
Opening Offer: NEGOTIABLE
- Salary + Uncapped Commission ($85k - $105k /yr historically)
- Year-end Bonus
- Periodic incentives based on database outreach goals, KPI tracking, practice support efforts

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Supports the Mission of: The medical education and treatment of hearing loss, tinnitus, and the associated cognitive impact and health risks.
Manages a full-time position providing hearing treatment plans (device sales and care services).
*The primary revenue-driving activity contributing to a private practice’s wellbeing & growth, and therefore,
ultimately the provider’s uncapped earning potential*:
- Private pay & direct Insurance Benefits ONLY (Zero TPA/ Managed Care)
- Standard-of-care technology/solutions ONLY
Other revenue-driving activities include:
- Proactive Database Outreach & Scheduling during unfilled schedule blocks - TNS/Expired Warranty/Update-Eligible
- Proactively schedule Annual re-check Evals & opportunity for treatment tech updates (commission potential)
- Option to assist, or manage independently, cases involving: implantable solutions, cerumen management
QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS
- Au.D. and TX License; Entry-level and seasoned AuDs welcome to apply
- Upon accepting position – INN credentialing with all available health plan contracts
PROFESSIONAL & PERSONAL SKILLS/ATTRIBUTES
- Willingness to learn and grow.
- Positive attitude and contributes to our TEAM culture.
- Comfortable deciding & executing most-appropriate testing battery, consultation/care plan, and treatment technology/devices (hearing aids primary; also identify potential need for further testing for CI candidacy).
- Confident in start-to-finish case-management process & documentation (practice uses CounselEar OMS).
- An enthusiastic understanding that we want YOU to succeed and personally earn as much as you want, and will support you in that endeavor with ongoing professional development trainings, continual marketing campaigns/new patient events, as well as train/encourage you to proactively contact & utilize our database regularly for organic sales opportunities with our established patients.
- Previous cerumen management and/or implantable solutions experience preferred, but not required.

Practice open Mon-Fri, 8:00a - 5:00p (1 hour break daily); 40 Hr/week.
