American Hearing + Audiology has current openings for:

  • Audiologists
  • Hearing Instrument Specialists

Location: Little Rock, AR

You Will:

  • Conduct comprehensive diagnostic hearing evaluations
  • Provide counseling and education to develop treatment plans
  • Recommend and fit hearing devices based on patient needs
  • Assist with administrative functions such as calls, documentation, and reporting
  • Collaborate with Regional Manager/Director on financial management
  • Sell hearing aids and accessories following Integrity Selling protocol
  • Apply an entrepreneurial mindset and problem-solving skills to work autonomously

You will need:

For Audiologists:

  • Master’s or Doctorate degree in Audiology
  • Valid Audiology Licensure (in good standing) in the state of application or ability to obtain within 6 months

For Hearing Instrument Specialists:

  • Valid Hearing Instrument Dispensing Licensure (in good standing) or ability to obtain within 6 months
  • High school diploma required; college degree in a related field preferred
  • At least 1 year of experience with diagnostic testing and hearing aid dispensing
  • Strong problem-solving, communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills

Compensation:

  • Full-time, onsite, Monday-Friday hours
  • Salary: $60,000-$130,000 annually, including bonuses and commissions
  • Relocation and student loan repayment assistance available
