Job summary

EAR NOSE AND THROAT SPECIALISTS OF NORTHWESTERN PENNSYLVANIA in Erie, PA is seeking a full-time Audiologist to diagnose, treat, and manage hearing and balance disorders across all ages. You will perform hearing tests, fit and dispense hearing aids, counsel patients and families, and work with physicians to ensure comprehensive care.

The role requires Au.D. or equivalent, PA licensure eligibility, and strong communication.

Qualifications

• Comprehensive understanding of audiology principles, including hearing and balance evaluation and treatment
• Proficiency in fitting, programming, and management of hearing aids and assistive listening devices
• Skills in counseling patients and families on hearing health and device usage
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to interact effectively with patients and team members
• Strong organizational and documentation skills for maintaining accurate patient records and treatment plans
• Doctoral degree in Audiology (Au.D.) or equivalent; valid audiology license or eligibility for licensure in Pennsylvania required
• Experience with pediatric and adult populations is highly desirable
• Commitment to providing compassionate, patient-centered care

Role Description
