Job summary

Matrix Providers is seeking an Audiologist in Campbell, CA to conduct a one-time, non-treatment Veteran Disability Exam. The role is full-time or part-time with an hourly pay of $58.55 and a schedule of 3–5 days per week, on-site.

Requirements include an active audiologist license, a master's or doctoral degree in audiology, and a current BLS certificate. On-site work with standard testing equipment; prior VA exam experience is a plus.

Qualifications

  • Active and unrestricted Audiologist license.
  • Master's or doctorate in audiology from a program accredited by ASHA/CAA/ACAE.
  • Active Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Good interpersonal skills and flexibility.
  • Basic computer skills.
  • Vaccination per CDC/state guidelines.
  • VA/compensation exam experience is a plus (not required).

Responsibilities

  • Review pertinent medical history and provide one-time, non-treatment audiology compensation and pension exams for Veterans.
  • Capture responses during the exam via web-based examination forms; documentation submitted electronically to the VA.
  • Perform comprehensive audiology exam to assess hearing loss or tinnitus.
  • Standard testing includes Pure Tone Air and Bone, tympanometry, acoustic reflex testing, and speech recognition.
  • All equipment provided on-site with soundproof booths.

Matrix Providers is hiring an Audiologist to conduct a one-time, non-treatment Veteran Disability Exam in Campbell, CA.

Employment Status: Fulltime or Part-time
Compensation: This is an hourly position, paid bi-weekly $58.55/hr.
Schedule: Fulltime or Part-time, 3‑5 days a week

Requirements
  • Hold an active and unrestricted Audiologist license.
  • Possess a master's or doctorate from a program accredited by CAA, ACAE, or ASHA certification.
  • Have an active and valid Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Good interpersonal skills and willingness to be flexible and adapt to changing situations.
  • Must possess basic computer skills.
  • All on-site staff and contractors must be fully vaccinated per CDC and state guidelines.
  • Prior VA or compensation exam experience is a plus but not required.
Job Summary
