Located in greater Boston, Audiology and Hearing Solutions (AHS) is a well-established multi-location private audiology practice focusing on providing the best care and services while maintaining the highest level of integrity.

As part of their continued growth, they are hiring a full-time Audiologist to join their expanding team.

The Audiologist will provide various services, including diagnostic and hearing aid and comprehensive hearing healthcare services to adults and children.

Qualified Audiologist candidates share AHS's commitment to following all best practice guidelines and staying current with the ever-changing audiological landscape.

Responsibilities

  • Scope of practice: Hearing aid recommendations and fittings verified with REM, electroacoustic evaluations, Aural rehabilitation, Cerumen management, Custom hearing protection, and Cochlear Implants.
  • Providing comprehensive, diagnostic hearing evaluations for adults and children.
  • Administering and interpreting audiological tests and making appropriate amplification and/or medical management recommendations.
  • Hearing aid selection, fitting, orientation, troubleshooting, and aural rehabilitation, focusing on verification and validation.
  • Adhering to all Audiology best practices.

Requirements

  • Doctorate in Audiology (Au.D.) from an accredited program
  • Current license to practice Audiology in Massachusetts
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a compassionate and patient-focused approach to care
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
