UVM Medical Center in Vermont seeks an Audiologist to provide comprehensive audiological services across age groups, including diagnostics, counseling, and rehabilitation. Duties span outpatient care with some inpatient support. Certification by ASHA (CCC-A) or ABA and current licensure are required; hearing aid dispensing licensure may be needed for certain roles.

Sign-on bonus eligible. Prior medical setting experience preferred. UVMMC emphasizes teamwork and high-quality patient care.

Formación

• Master's Degree or Clinical Doctorate in Audiology.

$3,000 - $5,000 depending on years of experience. SOB eligible per requirements and eligibility at time of offer.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

The clinical Audiologist is responsible for providing direct audiological services to patients in all age groups, including diagnostic testing, counseling and rehabilitation. These services are offered primarily in the outpatient setting and inpatient as needed.

EDUCATION:

Master's Degree or Clinical Doctorate in Audiology. Must have either a Certificate of Clinical Competence in Audiology from the American Speech, Language, and Hearing Association. (ASHA) or have American Board of Audiology (ABA) Certification. Must possess or be eligible for current state licensure in Audiology. Certain positions may also require a Hearing Aid Dispensing License. Certifications must be maintained throughout tenure.

EXPERIENCE:

Some experience in medical setting preferred.
