Job summary

Staffing Proxy LLC partners with a well-established audiology practice in Belmont and Framingham, MA to add an Audiologist to its patient-centered team.

You will perform diagnostic testing for adults, fit and program hearing aids, and manage Lyric fittings within a comprehensive hearing healthcare approach.

Qualifications

• Au.D. or M.Aud. required or eligible for licensure in MA.
• Licensed Audiologist or eligible for licensure in Massachusetts.
• Focus on comprehensive audiology care and evidence-based practice.

Responsibilities

• Conduct diagnostic testing for adult patients.
• Select, fit, program and adjust hearing aids for adults.
• Lyric fittings and management as applicable.

A well-established private audiology practice with locations in Belmont and Framingham, Massachusetts, is seeking an Audiologist to join its busy, patient-centered team. For nearly 40 years, the practice has built a strong reputation for providing comprehensive hearing healthcare and developing lasting relationships with the communities it serves.

This position offers the opportunity to practice comprehensive audiology, helping adult patients improve their hearing and quality of life through evidence-based care and advanced hearing technology.

Scope of Practice

• Diagnostic testing for adult patients
• Hearing aid selection, fitting, programming, and adjustments
• Lyric hearing aid fittings and management

Qualifications

• Doctor of Audiology (Au.D.) or Master's degree in Audiology
• Current Massachusetts Audiologist license or eligibility for licensure
• Salary Plus Bonus Potential: $110,000–$150,000
