About the Role

As an Audiologist, you'll take full ownership of the patient journey. From comprehensive hearing evaluations to fitting state-of-the-art hearing aids. You'll ensure every patient enjoys a seamless, supportive experience while driving the clinic's performance through excellent care, efficient operations, and strong leadership.

This position also includes managing the daily operations of the Aberdeen office, and playing a key role in its continued success.

  • Recommend and fit hearing instruments based on individual patient needs and lifestyle.
  • Deliver outstanding follow-up care and long-term patient support.
  • Oversee daily office operations and supervise support staff.
  • Monitor clinic performance and contribute to local marketing initiatives.
