About the Role:

As a Hearing Care Provider, you will be at the forefront of patient care, delivering life‑changing hearing solutions to individuals with hearing loss. You will manage the entire patient process, from conducting comprehensive hearing tests to fitting state‑of‑the‑art hearing instruments, ensuring each patient receives an outstanding experience. Your role will also involve managing the daily operations of the Bend, Oregon office with occasional travel to Redmond, Oregon leading a team, and driving business success through superior patient care.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough hearing evaluations, including sound field, air and bone conduction, SRT, LDL, MCL, and speech testing.
  • Recommend and fit hearing instruments tailored to each patient's unique hearing needs and lifestyle.
  • Provide ongoing patient support, including regular check‑ups and maintenance care to ensure long‑term satisfaction throughout the hearing aid purchase process.
What We're Looking For:
  • A current license to dispense hearing instruments in Oregon (or eligibility to obtain one).
  • Previous experience in hearing aid dispensing and/or fitting.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain test results clearly to patients.
  • A professional demeanor and the ability to manage office operations effectively.
  • Physical ability to stand or sit for extended periods and occasionally lift up to 25 lbs.
