Responsibilities:
- Set up and install audio visual equipment for in office meeting, presentations, events
- Operate and troubleshoot audio visual equipment during meetings, presentations, events
- Ensure all audio-visual equipment is properly maintained and in good working condition in multiple corporate conference rooms
- Collaborate with event organizers to understand their audio-visual needs and provide appropriate solutions
- Assist with the planning and execution of audio-visual setups for various events
- Provide technical support to presenters and attendees during events
Skills:
- Strong knowledge of audio-visual equipment, including sound systems, projectors, microphones, and video conferencing tools
- Proficiency in setting up and operating audio-visual equipment
- Ability to troubleshoot technical issues related to audio visual equipment
- Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with event organizers and presenters
- Strong problem-solving skills to quickly address any technical issues that may arise during events
- Attention to detail to ensure all audio-visual setups are accurate and meet the requirements of each event
