Job summary

ITA Audio Visual Solutions is seeking an enthusiastic Audio Visual Technician in Winston-Salem, NC. This full-time role focuses on delivering excellent client service, setting up and tearing down AV equipment, and operating lighting and audio systems.

Ideal candidates have an associates degree or equivalent AV experience, strong communication, and a willingness to pass background checks. A valid driver’s license and flexible schedule are required for this position.

Qualifications

• Associates Degree or equivalent two-year college/technical school or minimum one year of in-house AV experience and/or training.
• Ability to pass background checks and maintain a professional appearance.
• Valid driver’s license and flexible schedule required.
• Must be able to lift and move equipment up to 50–100 lbs and perform physical tasks.

Responsibilities

• Deliver top-notch customer service to clients.
• Setup and teardown of audio and video equipment, rigging, and lighting.

Education and Experience:

Physical Requirements:

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand, walk, sit, use hands to finger, handle or feel objects tolls, or controls, and talk and hear. The employee frequently is required to reach with hands and arms and stoop, kneel, crouch, and crawl. From time to time, the employee is occasionally required to climb or balance. Employee must regularly lift and/or move 50 lbs; frequently (less than 20% of the time) lift and/or move 100 lbs.

This full-time position features a flexible shift schedule and overtime when necessary, and candidates must be able to reliably commute or plan to relocate to the location before starting work.
