Job summary

Tri-City Group in Cedar Rapids, IA is recruiting Audio/Visual Technicians for the Cedar Rapids/Iowa City area. You will install and troubleshoot AV systems, perform repairs and routine cleaning, and collaborate with estimators and PMs on custom installations.

Tri-City Group isrecruiting Audio/Visual Technicians for the Cedar Rapids/Iowa City area.

Main duties include:

• install and troubleshoot audio/visual systems
• perform repairs and routine cleaning of audio/visual equipment
• work with the Estimators and Project Managers on custom installations.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience with commercial installation related to Audio Visual.
• Completed professional training in audio/visual/certifications in addition to a 3-yearData or Telecommunications Electrical apprenticeship through the JATC/IBEW preferred/ or equivalent vocational school program.
• Reliable transportation, and the ability to follow directions, climb a ladder, and lift up to 50lbs repetitively.
• Commercial/Residential installation and Service experience working with fiber, cable pulling. etc.
• Knowledgeable on Electrical fundamentals within Low voltage 50 Volts or less.
