Job summary

CTI is seeking an AV Service Specialist in Tukwila, WA to troubleshoot, maintain, and support high-end AV and conference systems for clients. You will work with programmers for updates, perform preventative maintenance, and deliver excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires at least 4 years of AV integration experience, strong communication, and a solution-oriented attitude. An associate degree is preferred, and the company offers comprehensive benefits and growth

At least 4 years of experience with AV integration installations and troubleshooting are required.- Education: an associate's degree is preferred, but not required.
