Job summary

Rentex Audio Visual & Computer Rentals is seeking a Quality Control Technician to support the QC department in a branch warehouse. You will maintain screen kits, monitors, and touchscreens, diagnose and repair items, and assemble configurations for client delivery.

You will also organize equipment and forecast workload using inventory software. The role requires lifting up to 50 pounds, ability to work in a warehouse environment, and flexibility for long hours when demand peaks.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Proficient with basic AV equipment and computers.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds and handle physical tasks.

Responsibilities

• Maintain all Screen kits and packages.
• Maintain all monitors and touchscreens.
• Diagnose, log, and repair damaged items.
• Assemble and configure screens for client delivery.
• Organize and store all tested equipment.
• Ensure all equipment is presentable and in working condition.
• Understand inventory software for forecasting workload.
• Meet hard deadlines and plan workflow by client needs.
• Assist other departments when necessary.
• Follow department leadership and policies.
• Maintain a safe, organized work environment.
