Job summary

FORTÉ is seeking an AV installation professional to support the setup of integrated audio/visual systems at client sites in the Phoenix area. You will work closely with customers, ensuring precise installation and high service standards.

The role requires hands-on technical skills, a detail-oriented approach, and a willingness to travel to customer locations. OT/onsite work and a strong safety mindset are valued.

Qualifications

• Experience in service or installation audiovisual, low voltage, or security systems.
• Experience with cable terminations and soldering.
• Proficiency with basic hand tools.
• Willingness to travel to customer sites.
• AVIXA CTS certification preferred or ability to complete within first year.
• OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 preferred or ability to complete within first year.

Responsibilities

• Support installation of integrated audio/visual technologies for FORTÉ clients.
• Provide excellent customer service and ensure satisfaction during installations.

What You Will Be Doing

You would support FORTÉclients directly by assisting with installation of their integrated audio/visual technologies. This role requires a detail-oriented professional with a commitment to delivering excellent customer service.

What You Bring to Assure Success:

• Previous experience in the service or installation audiovisual, low voltage, security systems, or closely related field
• Previous experience with cable terminations, soldering, and mounting
• Proficiency with basic hand tools
• Ability to work independently, be self-directed and make sound decisions based on customer satisfaction
• Ability and willingness to travel to customer sites
• AVIXA CTS Certification preferred, or ability to complete within your first year of employment
• OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 Certification preferred, or ability to complete within your first year of employment
• Experience in a construction environment preferred
