Job summary

Workforce Solutions is hiring an Audio Video Technician to join the team at their Brown Deer office in Milwaukee. The role focuses on setup, operation, and troubleshooting of AV systems for clients, with a strong emphasis on customer service and adaptability in a dynamic environment.

The candidate will install home theater, network, surveillance, and home automation solutions while ensuring high-quality service and timely issue resolution for clients.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in a similar AV role with another AV company (must have hands-on setup/installation).
• Control4 programming experience is a plus.
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills, with the ability to troubleshoot quickly.

Responsibilities

• Install and configure custom Home Theater systems.
• Install and maintain network solutions, including wiring, routers and access points.
• Work on Home Automation systems including audio/video, lighting, shading, and HVAC control.
• Install and maintain IP-based video surveillance with various cameras and AI-based tech.
• Install distributed audio systems, multi-zone audio.
• Install outdoor displays and outdoor audio applications.

Physically able to lift/position gear
