We are hiring a Residential AV & Smart Home Integration Technician in West Allis, WI to join our growing team. This role is hands‑on and focuses on installing, programming, and maintaining custom residential audio/video and smart home systems. Candidates should have experience with Control4, Crestron, Savant, or similar platforms and enjoy creating seamless, high‑quality technology experiences for homeowners.

This position is based in West Allis, WI. The ideal technician combines technical expertise with strong client‑facing skills, ensuring every installation is precise, reliable, and tailored to the homeowner's needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Install and integrate residential AV systems, including home theaters, distributed audio, smart lighting, and security devices.
• Program and configure Control4, Crestron, Savant, or comparable home automation platforms.
• Execute whole‑home audio, video surveillance, WiFi networking, and automation installations with accuracy.
• Mount TVs, assemble racks, run wiring, and terminate low‑voltage cabling correctly.
• Test, troubleshoot, and optimize systems for flawless operation.
• Guide clients on system use, basic troubleshooting, and maintenance.
• Collaborate with project managers and colleagues to ensure projects in West Allis are completed on time and meet quality standards.
