Job summary

iHeartMedia, the leading audio company, seeks an Audio Distribution Center staffer for Phoenix, AZ. You will dub audio into playout systems, support light production tasks like voice overs and promo production, and ensure quality control and revenue protection.

You’ll collaborate across departments, interact with the public for listener audio recordings, and may edit audio to meet deadlines and brand standards. A 4-year degree in Radio/Media Production is preferred.

Qualifications

• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, social networking platforms and basic audio production tools.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills; excellent grammar.
• 4-year college degree, preferably in Radio or Media Production or related field.

Responsibilities

• Assists in the creation of radio advertising and station promotions by providing administrative project or process support to department managers or staff.
• Interacts with the public when recording listener audio for promotional materials.
• Interacts with company personnel at all organizational levels.
• Assists programming by recording elements to highlight special occasions and promotions.
• May edit audio segments.
• May be required to coordinate activities between departments and/or outside parties.
