Job summary

Hims & Hers is seeking a results-driven media professional to own the Audio channel and support relaunches of Direct Mail and OOH. You will manage daily budgets, collaborate with our media agency, and translate strategy into tactical campaigns.

In this role, you will lead creative strategy, briefs, and testing, while ensuring brand safety and performance. The position offers full-time hours, equity, and a flexible/remote-friendly environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in media/marketing/advertising with channel budget ownership.
• Podcast/Radio/Streaming Audio experience is required.
• Strong project management across cross-functional teams.
• Experience managing day-to-day agency relationships and accountability.
• Comfort with audio and direct mail measurement to guide decisions.

Responsibilities

• Media Execution & Agency Management: Own day-to-day decisions with the agency.
• Budget & Reporting: Manage budgets, pacing, and reporting.
• Creative: Drive briefs, test design, and production.
• Custom/Brand Creative: Lead cross-functional creative projects.
• Growth: Test new tactics and measurement approaches.
• Flex Support: Support Direct Mail and OOH during relaunches.
