Job summary

Gold Adam seeks an Offline Media Manager to build and run traditional advertising in the U.S. You will own print, billboards, linear TV and radio, coordinating with our acquisition and digital teams for aligned results.

This role demands hands-on negotiation, strong organization, and an ability to measure offline impact against real business outcomes. Travel to partner meetings and market visits is expected as we expand.

Qualifications

• Experience buying or managing offline media (print, out-of-home, linear TV, radio).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organization with multiple vendors, flight dates, and deadlines.
• Analytical mindset; ability to link offline media to business results.
• Willingness to travel for partner meetings and market visits.
• Hands-on experience negotiating and placing direct buys, not just agencies supervision.
• Existing Texas (or other markets) media relationships is a strong plus.

Responsibilities

• Plan, buy, and manage offline media across print, OOH, TV, and radio in local markets.
• Take over existing linear TV buys, evaluate performance, renew or restructure.
• Source and negotiate placements with publishers, vendors, agencies, stations, and networks.
• Coordinate creative assets and specs with internal and external teams.
• Measure offline incremental impact and optimize spend.
• Manage budgets, pacing, reporting, and recommendations.
• Meet publishers, partners, networks, and agencies in person when needed.
• Collaborate with digital acquisition, sales, and marketing teams.
