Qualifications

• Strong cross-disciplinary communication skills.
• Experience with C or C++ and MATLAB/Python.
• Work authorization in the country of employment.
• Experience in areas like small footprint ML, diffusion DSP, echo/noise reduction, spatial processing, hearing aids.

Responsibilities

• Research, design, and develop advanced signal processing algorithms with application to speech and audio.
• Define and build new algorithms and enhancements for human listening and new experiences.
• Build specialized ML for resource-constrained platforms (mobile/wearables).
• Hands-on implementation and optimization of DSP/ML inference engines.
• Contribute to roadmap planning for next-gen platforms.
• Collaborate with researchers, engineers, and cross-functional partners.
