Qualifications

• Advanced degree in a related field with focus on AI/ML and multi-modal signal processing.
• 5+ years in applied ML with audio-centric research and deployment.
• Experience building and scaling models with PyTorch, including training, fine-tuning, and inference.

Responsibilities

• Lead research and implementation of ML algorithms for speech processing, voice transfer, and source separation.
• Architect scalable model training pipelines and CI/CD for production deployment.
• Develop generative audio models (latent diffusion, VAEs, neutrall vocoders) for soundtrack production.
• Mentor junior researchers and collaborate with product, platform, and engineering teams.
