AuraOne Human Data is seeking an Audio Editing & Production Expert (Audacity) for a remote evaluation track. You will review audio annotation prompts and responses against AuraOne's quality rubric, and provide structured feedback to help retrain models.

The role requires careful, detailed reasoning, the ability to apply rubrics across long batches, and reliable remote availability of at least 10 hours per week. Compensation is hourly and remote from the United States.

Qualifications

• Prior evaluation, annotation, or human-rater experience in audio annotation.
• Ability to apply multi-page rubrics consistently.
• Clear written reasoning that names the issue and rubric clause.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to flag when a prompt itself is the problem.
• Reliable async availability for at least 10 hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate audio annotation model outputs against a versioned rubric and assign severity tags for assignments.
• Compare paired responses and write a rationale for the stronger answer.
• Label hallucinations, instruction-following failures, and unsafe content with structured tags.
• Capture ambiguous prompts and route them to the program team for rubric updates.
• Calibrate reviewer-quality scores against gold-standard examples weekly.
• Document recurring failure modes for model improvement.
