What you'll do
Engineer cutting-edge speech generative AI solutions with a focus on Speech.
Develop and transfer novel technologies to Adobe products.
Collaborate with extraordinary researchers to bring research ideas to production.
Develop production inference algorithms, pipelines, and APIs with cross-functional teams.
Evaluate AI models, gather feedback from product teams, and collaborate across disciplines to iteratively refine and perfect our speech technology.
Engage with the scientific community, publish papers, and file patents based on new research findings.
What you'll need to succeed
Master's or Ph.D. in Computer Science, AI/ML, or related field (or a demonstrated record of exceptional ability)
Hands-on experience with state-of-the-art Generative AI technologies, such as diffusion models and/or large language models.
Proficiency in large-scale generative model training, datasets, and infrastructure (including distributed computing and data pipelines).
(Preferred) Experience in speech research with a solid foundational understanding of speech with a good sense of speech quality.
Excellent communication skills and a proven ability to work effectively in a team.
Hands-on experience in audio/video content creation
Ability to translate research ideas or papers into high-quality Python code.
Good publication record in Computer Science, AI/ML, or related fields.
At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).
In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
