Job summary

The Philadelphia Orchestra and Ensemble Arts invites applications for a Part-Time Audience Services Associate. This role supports ticketing and guest services across multiple venues, including the Kimmel Center, Academy of Music and Miller Theater, with emphasis on accurate information, order processing, and courteous guest interactions.

Evenings and weekends are required, and the position supports both in‑office and remote shifts within a hybrid model.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• At least 1 year of customer service experience in retail, call center, or performing arts.
• Experience with diverse audiences; accessibility a plus.
• Customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Meet and exceed Audience Services Customer Service Standards.
• Provide accurate information about performances, venues, amenities and ticketing policies by phone and email.
• Process single and subscription ticket orders, exchanges and donations by phone.
• Use scripts to solicit add-on donations and upsell items like refund protection, parking, shipping and dinners.
• Work concerts for in-person and digital performances.
• Record guest compliments, complaints or feedback for internal review.
• Assist in mailings and patron communications.
• Participate in other duties as assigned.
