We are hiring an Audience Acquisition Specialist for our DTC Paramount team. This role is based (5) days on-site in Burbank, CA or New York City, NY. As an Audience Acquisition Specialist for MACS, you will own the day-to-day execution of paid mobile app user acquisition campaigns across Paramount+ and PlutoTV. You will manage recurring performance reporting, budget pacing and shifting, creative delivery and trafficking, and end-to-end PlutoTV campaign operations, while serving as the primary point of contact for key acquisition partners (e.g., InMobi, Moloco, Jampp, YouAPPi) and spearheading ongoing CPA optimization and A/B testing. The ideal candidate has prior experience in paid app user acquisition and is looking to grow their career within mobile app marketing, with a well-developed awareness of how to drive business goals and evaluate performance against key metrics (KPIs). Knowledge with the mobile app ecosystem - including app post-back tracking, the iOS ATT measurement framework, SKAN attribution, and MMP technology (e.g., Kochava) - is a strong plus. The candidate shows a robust work ethic and a drive to continually learn and grow their digital marketing skills, and must be organized, punctual, and professional. The role will support the team’s efforts on paid acquisition campaigns, with special focus on mobile app campaign operations and processes.

Hiring Salary Range: $65,000.00 - 85,000.00.
The hiring salary range for this position applies to New York City, California, Colorado, Washington state, and most other geographies. Starting pay for the successful applicant depends on a variety of job-related factors, including but not limited to geographic location, market demands, experience, training, and education. The benefits available for this position include medical, dental, vision, 401(k) plan, life insurance coverage, disability benefits, tuition assistance program and PTO or, if applicable, as otherwise dictated by the appropriate Collective Bargaining Agreement.
