Qualifications

• Strong mechanical aptitude and understanding of automotive systems (suspension, braking, exhaust, turbo, electrical, engine/drivetrain).
• Able to work in a team and convey information professionally; follow oral and written instructions.
• Detail-oriented with ability to document work clearly; proficient with email and word processing.

Responsibilities

• Inspect, diagnose, repair, modify, and service Audi and Volkswagen automobiles.
• Perform performance upgrades including aftermarket parts and required fitment changes.
• Collaborate with service writers to document work and convey customer needs.
• Interact with customers to understand concerns and explain repairs.
