Are you an experienced Audi Shop Foreman, Lead Technician, Master Technician, or Automotive Technician ready for a career opportunity where your skills, leadership and technical expertise are valued? Open Road Auto Group is looking for an exceptional Audi Shop Foreman to join our team in NYC!

What You’ll Do

• Lead, support and mentor Audi automotive technicians
• Assist technicians with complex diagnostics and difficult repairs
• Help prioritize and dispatch repair work efficiently
• Monitor workflow, productivity, quality and repair accuracy
• Perform advanced vehicle diagnostics and technical troubleshooting
• Support factory repair procedures and Audi technical standards
• Work closely with Service Advisors and management
• Help develop technician skills and maintain a high-performance shop culture
• Ensure repairs are completed safely, accurately and efficiently

What We’re Looking For

• Experienced Audi Shop Foreman or Automotive Shop Foreman
• Audi or European luxury automotive experience strongly preferred
• Master Technician or senior-level technician experience preferred
• Strong diagnostic and technical skills
• Proven ability to lead and develop automotive technicians
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• ASE certifications are a plus
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
