Sonic Owings Mills, part of Sonic Automotive, is seeking a Shop Foreman in Owings Mills, MD to lead a team of Audi technicians. You will diagnose advanced drivability/electrical issues, ensure Audi factory standards, and collaborate with service advisors to relay findings and recommendations.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of dealership technician experience (Audi, Volkswagen, or other European luxury brands preferred).
• Previous experience as Shop Foreman, Team Lead, or Lead Technician.
• Strong electrical and diagnostic troubleshooting skills.
• Experience mentoring and developing technicians.
• Working knowledge of dealership management systems.
• Audi certifications are a plus (or willingness to obtain).
• Leadership, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
