The role emphasizes standing for long shifts, lifting up to 30 lbs, and contributing to a positive team atmosphere. Starting pay is $15.00 hourly, with opportunities to learn and grow in a dynamic discount retail setting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Excellent customer service skills with a focus on building rapport and exceeding customer expectations.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
• Detail-oriented and organized.
• Experience in retail sales a plus.
• Be able to Stand 8-12 hours.
• Be able to lift up to 30lbs, and gather shopping carts.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers with a warm and welcoming smile.
• Answer customer questions about products, promotions, and store policies.
• Assist customers in finding the products they need.
• Process customer purchases accurately and efficiently.
• Scan containers into designated location for our warehouse auction.
• Assist with inventory control and stock takes.
• Contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment.
• Other duties as may be called upon.
