Job summary

Cox Automotive Inc. is seeking a responsible Vehicle Transporter to safely move, stage, and park vehicles on Auction property. You will drive vehicles to lots, customer businesses, and through sale lanes, while following all safety rules and regulations.

The role requires a valid driver's license, the ability to sit, walk long distances, and lift light loads. This on-site position may require overtime based on business needs.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license required.
• Ability to sit for prolonged periods.
• Ability to walk long distances.

Responsibilities

• Drive vehicles through Auction lanes on sale day in a safe manner.
• Drive vehicles to and from designated areas on Auction premises and to and from customer dealerships and businesses, while observing driving rules.
• Line up and park vehicles in the correct order as directed by supervisor or team leader.
• Assist with getting vehicles operating as needed, including inflating tires and jump starting when necessary.
• Assist customers and coworkers as needed.
• Follow all safety procedures and participate in Safety Excellence activities.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
• May be required to work overtime as business needs dictate.
