Job summary

CAI Cox Automotive Corp Svcs., LLC is seeking a vehicle transport associate to safely move, stage, and park vehicles on auction property, drive vehicles to auction lanes, and relocate units to designated areas according to safety rules.

The role requires a valid driver's license, ability to operate manual and automatic transmissions, and physical stamina to sit, walk long distances, lift light loads, and work outdoors in varying weather; alignment with safety standards and teamwork is essential.

Qualifications

• Must possess a valid driver's license.
• Must be able to drive vehicles with both manual and automatic transmissions.
• Must maintain vision and hearing suitable for driving duties.

Responsibilities

• Drive vehicles through auction lanes on sale day in a safe manner.
• Transport vehicles to and from designated areas on auction premises and to and from customer dealerships and businesses while observing auction driving rules and the rules of the road.
• Line up and park vehicles in the correct order as directed by the supervisor or team leader.
• Move vehicles as necessary and locate lost vehicles.
• Assist with vehicle operations as needed; inflate tires and jump‑start vehicles using a battery box and air tank.
• Notify the supervisor when a vehicle is inoperative or out of gas; notify the Service or Gas Truck Driver as required.
• Assist customers and coworkers as needed.
• Follow all safety and health procedures and model safety commitments.
• Participate in safety activities aligned with Safety Excellence.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management, including overtime if mandatory for business needs.
