Job summary

Cox Automotive Inc. is seeking a vehicle mover/stocker to safely drive and position vehicles on Auction property, transporting units to lots and to customer dealerships. The role includes following all safety rules and assisting customers and coworkers as needed.

The position requires frequently entering and exiting vehicles, standing and walking, and lifting light loads. The work environment includes outdoor conditions with moderate noise, and the hourly pay rate is stated as part of the

Qualifications

High School Diploma or equivalent.
Ability to drive both standard and automatic transmission vehicles.
Previous auction experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Drive vehicles through Auction lanes on sale day in a safe manner.
Drive vehicles to and from designated areas on Auction premises and to and from customer dealerships and businesses.
Line up and park vehicles as directed by supervisor or team leader.
Assist with getting vehicles operating as needed and notify supervisors if vehicle is inoperative or out of gas.
Assist customers and coworkers as needed.
Demonstrate safety commitment and participate in Safety Excellence activities.
Perform other duties as assigned by management.
