On The Spot Detailing is seeking an Assistant Manager who will lead a team of Detailers and ensure the Auction Department’s services run smoothly while maintaining strong customer and vendor relationships. The role focuses on developing staff, setting goals, and driving continuous improvement, with regular updates to Senior Management.

Collaboration with vendors is essential to minimize downtime and keep supplies available.

Qualifications

• Two years of experience in management of a labor-intensive, skilled manual workforce.
• Bi-lingual Spanish-English.
• Ability to motivate others and impart continuous improvement concepts to employees at all levels.
• Ability to manage multiple shifts in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilités

• Lead daily activities of a team of Detailers to ensure services run smoothly and efficiently.
• Maintain relationships with customers and vendors to support operations.
• Serve as SME for detailer development, goal-setting, and performance improvement plans.
• Communicate weekly progress, challenges, and developmental needs to Senior Management.
• Coordinate with vendors, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure equipment and supplies are maintained and available.
