Job summary

Goodwill Keystone Area is seeking an Ecommerce Associate to manage the ShopGoodwill auction process from receipt to posting and funds reconciliation. You will support the Ecommerce Production Manager in item description creation, photography, and inventory control, ensuring quality and timely postings.

The role requires basic computer skills and interest in antiques or collectibles, with physical ability to lift items and handle packaging for shipping as part of daily duties.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
• Knowledge of computer, antiques, and collectables helpful.

Responsibilities

• Assist Ecommerce Manager in monitoring product flow and postings to meet goals and productivity standards.
• Coordinate receipt and description of items, photograph items, create item descriptions, and inventory items.
• Perform basic data entry and upload item descriptions to the database; download photographs.
• Monitor daily data on the site; respond to customer emails in a timely and fair manner; represent Goodwill Keystone Area positively.
