Job summary

ADESA, a Carvana-owned company, is seeking an administrative accounts professional to manage daily account operations, invoicing, and A/R for commercial and dealer partners in Belton, MO. You will oversee inventory, coordinate with internal teams, and ensure accurate reconciliation after auction activities.

The role emphasizes data integrity, compliance, and seamless support to the sales team while handling routine financial tasks in a fast-paced auction environment.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• Must be 18+ with valid driver’s license.
• 1–3 years of administrative, accounting, or customer service experience.
• Automotive or auction industry experience is a plus.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and ability to learn internal systems.
• Financial literacy: invoicing and A/R basics.

Responsibilities

• Daily account operations: invoicing, A/R, and payment processing.
• Inventory monitoring and reporting; coordinate with internal teams and vendors.
• Sale preparation: lineup management, fee posting, recon activities.
• Financial reconciliation of transactions after auction activities.
• Sales support and resolving customer inquiries or discrepancies.
• Data integrity: accurate vehicle data and records in systems.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and laws.
• General duties as assigned by manager.
