Job description

The team members are responsible for the safe and efficient operation of all amusement rides in accordance with City of Raleigh and NC Department of Labor policies. Responsibilities include non-mechanical operations such as pedal boats, carnival games, or parking greeter duties, as well as maintaining cleanliness, assisting with event operations, and equipment setup. Ride operators work under supervision and may perform light maintenance, cleaning, and ensure safety and show quality throughout the park. The position requires full first-aid training and readiness to respond to emergencies, with safety and guest service as priorities. Candidates must be 18+ to operate mechanical rides as per NCDOL requirements.
