Job Summary

You will play a crucial role in creating a memorable and enjoyable experience for our guests by operating attractions, assisting guests, and maintaining a safe, clean environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate attractions while following all safety expectations and age restrictions.
• Anticipate and solve guest issues independently or with assistance.
• Communicate clearly with guests and team members.
• Engage guests to ensure a positive experience.
• Maintain surrounding areas neat and clean.
• Stay organized and aware of party schedules to execute booked events.
• Provide basic information about the facility (pricing, directions, duration of gameplay).

Responsibilities for Minors

• 14‑15 Years: Guest Service, general cleaning, monitoring guests, and operating a cash register.
• 16‑17 Years: Guest Service, general cleaning, monitoring guests, operating a cash register, ride operation, and food preparation.

Skills & Requirements

• Prior guest service or hospitality experience preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Walking or standing for extended periods.
• Ability to lift up to 15 lbs regularly and up to 50 lbs for stocking.
• Perform organization, bending, reaching, turning, climbing, and other tasks.
• Quick and accurate communication skills.
• Comfortable in environments with bright, dim, or flashing lights and loud sounds.
• Manual dexterity to use and operate required equipment.
• Follow all safety standards at all times.
