As an Attraction Attendant at Block Party Social, you will ensure guests have a safe, fun, and memorable experience across our entertainment attractions, including laser tag, arcade, rock wall, and more. You will create a welcoming environment while monitoring equipment, enforcing safety protocols, delivering exceptional customer service, and helping the rest of the team around the venue as needed.

As an Attraction Attendant at Block Party Social, you will ensure guests have a safe, fun, and memorable experience across our entertainment attractions, including laser tag, arcade, rock wall, and more. You will create a welcoming environment while monitoring equipment, enforcing safety protocols, delivering exceptional customer service, and helping the rest of the team around the venue as needed.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Greet and guide guests through various attractions with enthusiasm and professionalism
  • Operate, monitor, and reset equipment for arcade games, laser tag, axe throwing, rock wall, etc.
  • Enforce all safety rules and ensure proper use of equipment
  • Assist with crowd control and line management during peak hours
  • Explain game rules and attraction procedures clearly to guests of all ages
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of attraction areas
  • Report malfunctions or safety issues to supervisors promptly
  • Help create a fun, energetic atmosphere that supports both individual guests and group events
  • Support hosts and hostesses during private events and parties
Qualifications:
  • Friendly, outgoing, and customer-focused personality
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work with guests of all ages
  • Able to stand for long periods and move between stations
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-energy environment
  • Reliable, punctual, and able to work nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Prior experience in hospitality, customer service, or attractions a plus
  • Must be 16 years or older (age requirement may vary by activity)
