Dinizulu Law Group in Downtown Chicago is seeking a Senior Litigation Attorney to lead plaintiff’s serious torts matters from intake through trial or settlement. You will collaborate with partners and support staff in a collaborative team environment, and conduct depositions of clients, experts, and defendants to shape trial strategy.

The role requires 3–10+ years of civil litigation experience, strong writing and advocacy, and a track record in high-stakes cases.

Qualifications

• 3–10+ years of civil litigation experience, preferably plaintiff’s or defense in personal injury or medical malpractice
• Proven deposition experience, especially with experts in standard of care and causation
• Strong writing, analytical, and courtroom advocacy skills
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple matters independently
• Licensed to practice law in Illinois and in good standing
• Bilingual in English/Spanish is a plus
• Trial experience strongly preferred

Position Type: Full-Time

Experience Level: Senior & Junior Attorneys (3-10+ years litigation experience preferred)

Compensation: Competitive salary commensurate with experience, generous fee-split on originated cases, performance-based bonuses

Our focus is on serious and catastrophic injury cases, including medical malpractice, trucking accidents, nursing home and institutional abuse, civil rights violations, and sexual abuse. What You’ll Do

• Licensed to practice law in Illinois and in good standing
• Bilingual in English/Spanish is a plus
